How toxic chemicals
in lip balm, sneak into
your body

Anything you put on your lips ends up in your mouth. Even the skin of our lips will absorb 90% of any product we apply to them. This means all the chemicals, toxins, and synthetics from your favorite lip balm are invading your body.

So if you wouldn't eat it, you shouldn't use it.

Most lip balms have toxic chemicals like Parabens, Petroleum (yes, a refined version of gasoline), Phenol, Menthol, Salicylic Acid, Fragrances, Propylene Glycol, & Alcohol, which can causes hormonal disruption, eczema, dry skin, melanoma, and breakouts.

Even the “natural” brands rely on damaging ingredients.

We think that's
just wrong

You shouldn’t have to choose between the quality of your lip balm and the health risks of your lip balm.

So we did something about it.

We were disgusted by this and decided to create the most ethical, affordable and impactful lip balm on the market.

We only
use 5 natural,
plant-based
ingredients

1. RAW Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Protects lips and keeps them smooth. Lauric Acid aids the healing process for chapped lips. Our coconut oil is one of the few that is RAW (see why cold-pressed is not raw) so none of the benefits are lost in the process.

2.Unrefined Cocoa Butter

Protective barrier by supplying and retaining moisture. Cocoa butter also contains antioxidant vitamins A, C and E, which can help slow the signs of aging. We use unrefined cocoa butter so no benefits are lost in the
processing.

3. Candelilla Wax

A plant-based wax used instead of chemicals to keep the lip balm from melting.

4. Vitamin E

Boosts circulation and may help generate new skin cells, making your lips softer.

5. Essential Oils

Quality essential oils to give you a hint of variety, flavor and fun.

“Lip balms that contain ingredients like phenol, menthol, and salicylic acid make the lips drier. So you apply more, and it becomes a vicious cycle. They either cause irritation or literally remove the outer layers of the skin. You have less protection and are more susceptible to environmental factors, which lead to you actually applying more of the product. Avoid lip balms containing those ingredients!
