Always greeting the world with a smile— this is how we’ve always known Rogelio. It’s no surprise then that when you meet his family, you’ll also immediately feel the warmth of a happy and friendly home.
Of course, Rogelio and his family have also had their fair share of ups and downs.
Rogelio used to work as a farmer and a “latero” where he handled light metals to fix roofs. Being the head of the family, he dreamt of building a better future for his family. He wanted to see his kids finish their studies, and for them to eventually find a good job. But he knew that even with him working two jobs, it was not enough to help build his and his family’s dream. His only option at that time was to live and work far from his family.
Enter Dignity.
Rogelio returned to his home and became a company guard as Dignity started their second stage of expansion. At first, he wanted to work with Dignity simply because he could work near his family. Once he joined, he immediately knew that he would have a brighter future working for this company. Rogelio also knew that opportunities would open up for him - not just financially, but also personally. He eventually joined the Coconut Shell Buffer Team, and he is now part of the Maintenance Team.
Rogelio carried over his dedication and hard work of building to Dignity. He loves working for Dignity, and we love how he warms up the atmosphere. He is building something bigger than he ever dreamed - a better future for himself and his family.
