Working on and off used to be the norm for Roderick. No matter how hardworking he was, having very few opportunities for work back then proved to be difficult. But even though life was hard on him, Roderick was the type of man who would always strive to move forward.
He loves his family dearly and prioritizes them above all else. So when he faced his biggest challenge of having no work, no money, and no food for the family, he knew something needed to change. Even though he could find side jobs anytime, they were unstable and the pay was not enough.
Then he heard of Dignity and applied for work. He got a job in the receiving area where he weighs and checks the coconuts. He also works as part of the hauling team.
Roderick now has stable work and is able to provide more for his family. He also does not worry as much because he knows that he can consistently put food on the table and save for the future as well.
