Ramir is a humble and hardworking man with a big dream for his family. At 47, he takes pride in being responsible, generous, and caring — the kind of person who’s always ready to lend a hand. A skilled electrician, he can fix just about anything, from broken furniture to wiring a house.
His wife, Amalia, is a loving and industrious health worker, and together they’ve raised three wonderful children. Their eldest has already graduated, while the younger two are still in school — both determined and hardworking, just like their parents.
Before joining Dignity, Ramir worked as a machine operator, truck helper, factory worker, and electrician. At Dignity, he started as an electrician and machine operator before being promoted to Head of Facility, where he oversees repairs and maintenance — ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Ramir’s wish is simple: to give his family a better life and see his two youngest children finish their studies. “I just want to be with my family all throughout my life,” he says with a smile.
