Eliseo, the youngest in his family, has always had a knack for fixing things — from motorcycles to anything broken around the house. He’s someone who likes to stay busy and finds satisfaction in making things work again.
His mother, Olivie, has diabetes and needs regular checkups, something that motivates Eliseo to keep working hard. Before joining Dignity, he worked at a Japanese Restaurant, he admits there was a time when he got homesick, returned to Bicol, and ended up losing his job. Now he’s found his place as a Filter Operator in Dignity, making sure the virgin coconut oil stays clean and properly filtered with no spills.
Eliseo dreams of good health for his parents and hopes to one day open his own electrical store. He’s proud to have a happy family and grateful for how much he’s grown at Dignity. “I’ve learned a lot and gained many new friends,” he says.
