Alvin is a devoted husband and father of four. Though his family doesn’t have much, their home is filled with love and laughter. “We’re happy,” he says, “even if we lack money or school supplies.”
Before joining Dignity, Alvin took whatever construction work he could find to provide for his family. Now, he works in the Waste Disposal Department, handling garbage, coconut shells, and waste oil, and keeping the work area clean. It’s not an easy job, but Alvin takes pride in doing it well.
His dream is simple: to see his children finish school and to someday start a small livelihood that can help support his family.
Life has been tough, and money is still tight, but Alvin remains hopeful. He’s grateful for the chance to work at Dignity — a place that not only supports his family financially, but also gives him hope for brighter days ahead.
