  • 8 oz of hot coffee or espresso

  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 
  • Generous pinch of salt 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • Maple syrup, honey, coconut sugar, or a zero calorie sweetener – to taste (omit for Whole30) Note: If you like your coffee drinks to be on the sweeter side, we recommend 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey.
  • Dairy free whipped cream (optional, omit for Whole30)

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until frothy and emulsified.
