In honor of my all time FAVORITE holiday, National Pancake Day, we are celebrating by whipping up these chocolate chip pancakes.

EASY CHOCOLATE CHIP PANCAKES
YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Make it dairy-free & vegan by using an alternative milk & dairy free chocolate chips!
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all the dry ingredients together & mix well.
- Add milk & coconut oil.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Grease a skillet with coconut oil and set the heat to medium.
- Use ¼ cup scoop for each pancake.
- Cook for a few minutes on each side, flipping once golden.
- Add your toppings! My favorites are peanut butter, maple syrup & peaches 😋
