As raw vegans, Glen and Lisa were often faced with limited dining options, unless they made the trek into New York City from Connecticut. Their solution? From day one, they have been dedicated to authenticity and quality, making their own almond milk and crafting most menu items from scratch. They have created a loyal community of customers who appreciate the café's unwavering standards and delicious offerings.

Dignity Coconuts journey with Glen and Lisa began at a trade show, where they met the company’s President Erik, and were introduced to Dignity Coconuts' raw coconut oil. They loved Dignity’s commitment to sustainable and ethical practices, and switched to exclusively using the brand’s Raw Coconut Oil to enhance the flavor and nutritional value of their extensive menu.
